Eisack Valley kitchen secrets
Good food is a tradition at the Hotel Restaurant Pacher in Neustift near Brixen.
We’ve made it our special job to ensure your visit to the Hotel Restaurant Pacher in Brixen is always a true festival for the senses. Fine, traditional dishes from South Tyrol can be found on our menu, in addition to many themed culinary weeks.
During your spring holiday in the Eisack Valley, you can expect fresh and crunchy asparagus dishes and popular Eisack Valley fare, probably the oldest speciality week in South Tyrol. Every year, we host this special week under a different motto and conjure up newly interpreted delicacies from grandmother’s days just for you.
In contrast to this, summer holidays in the Eisack Valley and the Hotel Pacher entice with light, Mediterranean dishes, summery salads and fresh mushroom dishes.
And in the autumn, when the Eisack Valley’s “Törggele” bars are serving up traditional pork and sauerkraut dishes and doughnuts and roasted chestnuts, the Hotel Restaurant Pacher serves elegant variations of “Törggele” for you. For autumn in Neustift takes place against a backdrop of hearty game dishes, sweet delicacies based on chestnuts, apples from South Tyrol and, of course, traditional wine from the region.
