Eisack Valley Sylvaners, Kerner & Co – the fresh and fruity wines of South Tyrol
What would South Tyrol be without its wines! White wines have been produced in the area surrounding Brixen, Vahrn, Neustift, Klausen and Feldthurns for decades – they’re full of character and have been awarded many prizes. Traditional wine producers such as Neustift Abbey, the Eisack Valley wine producers’ cooperative, as well as many private wine growers, have dedicated themselves to quality and produce wines such as the elegant Eisack Valley Sylvaner, the fresh and flowery Eisack Valley Müller Thurgau, the aromatic Eisack Valley Gewürztraminer, the racy Eisack Valley Kerner and the fruity Eisack Valley Veltliner.
