Restaurant Pacher – stylish indulgence in the Eisack Valley
It was easy for us to make the step from guesthouse to traditional restaurant. In the newly designed and extended Restaurant Pacher, very close to the Episcopal town of Brixen, we spoil both our hotel guests and restaurant visitors with enjoyable delicacies. Fresh, high-quality seasonal products from South Tyrol that have been carefully prepared – our own personal recipe for a successful meal for two, with friends or for the entire family. Our family-run restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:15 and from 18:30 to 21:15. And our cosy garden on the sunny side of the Alps offers you open-air pleasure from April to October.
