Important info at a glance

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 2:00 p.m.. If you are planning to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please inform us by phone. Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Payment can be made using an ATM, EC card and credit card. We kindly request you to pay for packages and offers in cash.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your holiday at no charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival. If less than 4 weeks notice is given, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Should you arrive later or depart early, you will be charged the room price without meals. No deductions can be offered for services that are not used.
