The oldest speciality food week from South Tyrol: fine Cuisine Festival: 05th to 21st march 2010 in the Restaurant Pacher
For more than 38 years various inns and restaurants in the Valle Isarco/Eisacktal have been inviting people to the "Valle Isarco Fine Cuisine Festival". Local people and visitors are served traditional dishes, some of the recipes originating in grandmother's day. Prepared with new ideas and influence of current trends, they reflect the development of local gastronomy and illustrate the abundance of original Tyrolean delicacies.
