What makes a real family business? When every single member of the family is as devoted to the family vocation as one another – just like the Hotel Pacher. Allow us to introduce ourselves.
Martin & Annares Huber
In June 1963, Hotel Restaurant Pacher was opened by Wilhelm and Maria Huber and family; hospitality and warm-heartedness came first even then. Martin and Annares Huber continued the tradition until, after several refurbishments and expansions, their four children also wholeheartedly joined the hotel.
Michael is the oldest of the four children. After leaving the “Vinzentinum” Humanistic Grammar School in Bressanone in 2008, he studied at the Higher Hotel Management School in Lucerne (CH) and graduated in December 2013 with key international professional experience. The avid wine lover and certified sommelier won an award in May 2016.
After graduating from the Villa Blanka School of Catering and Hotel Management in Innsbruck (A) and the Hotel & Catering School Kaiserhof in Merano (IT), Johanna attained a bachelor’s degree in languages and economics at the University of Trento in January 2015. She now specialises in the hospitality industry and is also a graduate Austrian young sommelière.
After completing a five-year hotel management school in Brunico, Franziska followed the example of her big brother and started to study at the Higher Hotel Management School in Switzerland in 2014. She also eagerly pursued training as a sommelier at the same time and is now nearing graduation. She is currently exploring the international hotel and catering industry.
Sebastian is our youngest and very close to finishing high school. He has also decided to enter the hotel and catering industry and has been collecting valuable experience during the summer in all areas from kitchen to service up to the reception desk.
