A journey through time and a little family secret
1963: Here we go!
Wilhelm and Maria Huber dare to do something: they open the Pacher Inn. And because the house is so beautifully situated and the demand is right, they set up beds for the guests. Soon there are 22 beds.
1981: Bigger is better
In South Tyrol, too, the 1980s are a time when everything can be a little bigger: the hairstyle, the shoulder pads and: the Hotel Pacher. The Huber family rebuilds and from now on accommodates their guests in 35 extremely comfortable guest beds.
1988: The young take over
Maria and Wilhelm pass on the sceptre. From now on it is the turn of son Martin and his wife Annares.
1996: Pacher Plus 10
Once again Hotel Pacher grows. Cautiously and with a lot of foresight, of course. With the renovation in the mid-1990s, there are 45 guest beds.
2001: Welcome to the new millennium!
From now on, Hotel Pacher also includes the "Residenz Grafhaus" with its 33 beds and a new wellness area.
2008: Always up to date
Sustainable value creation is important to all generations of hosts at Hotel Pacher. At the same time, the comfort and well-being of our guests must never be neglected. That is why the Hubers renovated the restaurant, lobby and bar in 2008. In 2015, 2017 and 2019, the rooms will be renovated one by one.
2021: All good things come in threes!
The pandemic has made it anything but easy for them. But with a lot of courage, enthusiasm and drive, the third generation takes the helm. The Hotel Pacher is now run by the siblings Michael and Johanna Huber. While Johanna takes care of reception, booking management and marketing, Michael feels completely in his element in the gastronomy and culinary area.
Autumn 2023: Change as a constant
After the 2023 summer season, a new era begins at Hotel Pacher. Many things will change, many things will remain exactly as they have always been.
