I wanna talk! How can I reach the Pachers?

How far is it from my home to Pachers?

It depends where you live. Seriously, the Pachers is wonderfully idyllic, yet it’s just a short drive away from the ‘Bressanone-Val Pusteria’ motorway exit. By the way, there’s also a Flixbus stop there as well. For those choosing to travel by train, it’s best to get off at Brixen/Bressanone or Franzensfeste/Fortezza station. The nearest airports are in Bolzano and Innsbruck.

Are dogs allowed at Pachers?

Of course! After all, your furry friend deserves a break as well. Please note that some of our suites and rooms are designated accommodation for allergy sufferers so we may not be able to accommodate all of your room requests. You can find more information about this in our booking tool. Daily rate per dog: EUR 25.

Is Pachers an adults-only hotel?

Yes and no. We love diversity and welcome all guests with open arms. However, we are not a family hotel and not set up to cater to the needs of (small) children. A lot of our guests come to Pachers for a workation, so they value a creative, peaceful environment. You can probably understand why we can’t offer full accommodation access to visitors with (small) children.

Hunger! When do they serve food at Pachers?

Practically 24/7, if you like! From 7 am to 10:30 am there’s breakfast, our Honesty Bar with delicious nibbles for lunch is open from 12 noon to 3 pm. It would be our pleasure to serve you an aperitif and snacks from 3 pm to 6 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Can you tell me about the arrival and departure procedures?

Your room will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If you’re arriving after 6 pm, please give us a call to let us know. Please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. As always: Let’s talk! Perhaps we can fulfil your (special) request.

How can I pay my bill at Pachers?

You can pay your bill in cash (up to 4,999.99 Euro), immediate bank transfer using ‘Sofortüberweisung’, or with an EC or credit card. We are currently unable to accept American Express.

What are your cancellation policies?

At Pachers, we generally offer free cancellation up to 15 days before your arrival. After this time, we’ll charge you 100% of the booked package. To avoid any unnecessary expenses, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You can find more information here.

Does Pachers have a minimum stay requirement?

No. One small exception is over the New Year. But maybe our New Year’s package is exactly what you’re looking for?

Do I have to pay a local tax at Pachers?

Yes. The local tax plays a vital role in supporting the region’s services, with funds being used to constantly improve the experience for you. The local tax is €3.40 per person (from 14 years of age) and day. Please pay this fee on site.

Does Pachers have a car park and an e-charging station?

Yes! To both questions. Please let us know if you would like to charge your electric car when you’re here.
